Alot can happen in a year, and it certainly has for this one right here! I met LaTiva through a food delivery encounter a little over a year ago. She saw that we were a design studio and she told me how she was a recent design grad and asked if we were hiring. We didn’t have an opening at the time, but I was so impressed with her customer service and confidence, I kept the receipt that had her name on it. The following month we found ourselves needing an intern, so I pulled out that receipt and luckily was able to track her down. We hired her as an intern, six months later she was promoted to Design Associate, and the rest is history! Such a great lesson to all of us to never give up on our dreams, we never know where the next opportunity may be
